Photos from 2008 JVC Jazz Festival Newport (Click an image to enlarge) MUSIC 4 SUNDAY WSMU presents jazz all day, every Sunday from 8AM to 5PM ranging from swing, bebop and latin to contemporary sounds and many new releases. Various hosts present the music along with some perspective on the artists and the music's colorful history. This program has been a popular part of WSMU's program offerings for a number of years. Jazz on Sunday has become a tradition on the radio in the South Coastal area and beyond. The show is divided into three segments: the AM Edition from 8AM to 11AM, the Brunch Edition from 11AM to 2PM and the PM Edition from 2PM to 5PM. A tasteful blend of new and older releases from the station's extensive jazz library keeps things swinging for listeners all day every Sunday.
